    Eligibility for Refunds


    Refunds are available for unused and unopened items returned within 14 days of the delivery date.


    Custom wig units and other personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.


    Restocking Fee


    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items, excluding defective products.

    Return Process


    Contact Us: Email sereen@sereenhair.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.


    Approval & Return Authorization: 

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.


    Shipping Costs: 

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


    Refund Processing


    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

    Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.


    Store Credit Option


    For returns initiated beyond 14 days but within 30 days, customers may receive store credit instead of a refund, at Sereen Hair's discretion.


    Defective or Incorrect Items


    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sereen@sereenhair.com. Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.


    Cancellations


    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this timeframe, cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible, depending on the order status.

    Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. Sereen Hair will assist in providing necessary documentation for your claim.
