Shipping Policy
At Sereen Hair, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered efficiently. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Expedited shipping options, including two-day and overnight delivery, are available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.
For clients booking virtual wig consultations or fittings, completed wigs are shipped anywhere within the U.S. following your final virtual fitting. Please note that custom wigs require additional processing time, usually around two weeks. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We currently do not offer international shipping. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Refund & Return Policy
Sereen Hair is committed to quality and customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, some items are non-refundable. All custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Synthetic retail wigs may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with tags intact and no signs of wear, damage, or odor. Returns on synthetic wigs are eligible for store credit only—no cash refunds are issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request return authorization. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit via email. Store credit is valid for one year and can be used toward future online or in-store purchases. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, with return shipping covered by us.
Please note that deposits for salon appointments are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours in advance. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order separately, as we do not process direct exchanges.
